We believe education in the engineering and science disciplines is not only key to a healthy and burgeoning economy in the future, but is also fundamental to solving the challenges of healthcare and welfare for generations to come. We know from our own personal experiences that great teachers bring their subject matter to life. Therefore, IQLSC is establishing a grant program to promote excellence in teaching engineering and science subjects through grants and financial assistance.

To qualify for a grant, educators should demonstrate instructional expertise, creativity, and innovation; use a variety of pedagogical techniques and effectively address students’ different learning styles and needs; and be instructional leaders at the local, state, and/or national level. For the purposes of these awards, “engineering and science” include any of the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
